This event recognizes and celebrates industry leaders and companies committed to increasing diversity and the participation of underrepresented groups and underserved communities. With UCI being a company priding itself on diversity in media spaces, it felt only right to convey mixture of some kind, using colors that overlapped to create new colors.
Earlier drafts were attempting to illustrate a message of various silhouettes of different shape and color being different but a part of the same whole.
